Trains, planes, and automobiles, and more!

Ok, I kinda fibbed, there are no planes. But there is an abundance of STUFF to see at this museum in Bangor Maine. Whiskey has driven by this museum dozens of times over the years and now that we were on a leisure trip he had the time to take a look.

The Cole Land Transportation Museum has an amazing collection of all sorts of transportation. From bicycles, snow plows, fire trucks, commercial trucks, cars, trains and snow mobiles. I thought it would be boring but it was not! There is much to look at and read.

I wanted to do this post while the museum is still open for the season just in case you might want to check it out. It is open until November 11th.

But, I realize it may be a long ride to get there. Here is my video and photos. There is much to read and look at and one can spend hours exploring.

Here is my video of the museum.

Here are all of the photos I took.

This museum is an interesting look back at how motorized vehicles looked way back in time. It was a very enjoyable experience.

If you do go to the museum, a nice lunch spot nearby is in Brewer is High Tide Restaurant and Bar which is about six minutes from the museum.

"Create a life you don't need a vacation from!" That's been our motto for a long time.
